Step 1 – Tell Us About Your Project

Here is where we get your details! Email or text and we will respond with an intake form! Please complete the form and we'll get you an estimate.

ARTWORK REQUIRMENTS IF SENDING

For best results, please provide vector artwork high-resolution PNGs transparent background files when possible. Artwork cleanup or recreation fees may apply for low-quality artwork.

Step 2 – Design & Quote

We review your intake form and provide pricing, recommendations, and design mockup. You will receive an estimated quote with a request for 50% deposit. Typical response time is 24 - 48 hours.

Step 3 – Approve Your Order

Once quote is approved and payment is collected, your order enters our queue! Typical turnaround: 7-10 business days (this can be expedited!)

Step 4 – Production

Orders are produced using professional commercial embroidery equipment, premium transfers, quality-checked, and wrapped with love before delivery, shipment, or pickup.

Step 5 – Pickup or Delivery

Orders can be: picked up locally, delivered locally, or shipped within y-10 business days. LOCATION: Crofton / Gambrills, MD
