New to Custom Apparel and Embroidery?
We can walk you through the process and get you started!
Getting custom embroidery or apparel made should be simple.
CUSTOM ORERING PROCESS
Step 1 – Tell Us About Your Project
Here is where we get your details! Email or text with you logo or artwork (or request design support if you don't have an idea! I have lots of ready to go designs), item type, quantity, and timeline.

Step 2 – Design & Quote
We review your request and provide pricing, recommendations, and design mockup. Typical response time is 24 - 48 hours.
Step 3 – Approve Your Order
Once mockup is approved, payment is collected, production begins, and your order enters our queue! Typical turnaround: 5-10 business days (this can be expedited!)
Step 4 – Production
Orders are produced using professional commercial embroidery equipment, quality-checked, and wrapped with love before delivery, shipment, or pickup.
Step 5 – Pickup or Delivery
Orders can be: picked up locally, delivered locally, or shipped within 5-10 business days. LOCATION: Crofton, MD
